Pros

If you want the ability to work hard to gain control of your future and your success, you can build your own business within the Northwestern Mutual framework. Over the years you will be compensated extremely well, have freedom with your work and time and have the resources to achieve your desired lifestyle. You will always be proud of your company, Northwestern Mutual, and its ethical standards.

Cons

Ironically, a self-directed person must be willing to take direction and hit specific targets to start the career. If you have the work ethic to do this and you want to help people succeed in their lives, no matter what circumstances they might incur, follow the development plan and you will build a business you can control, without being ever being micromanaged. But it isn't easy, unless you start from the beginning to build good work habits.

great training, strong leadership, great income potential. if you work hard and follow the proven systems of success you will do great.

Cons

very hard work, you must be dedicated to giving your all. it is hard to make it through the first few years but when you do the rewards are the best out there.
