Pros

You can create your own hours to work. If you do not feel like coming in, you dont have to.

Cons

Management does not know how to lead, promote and encourage successful work ethics. They allow you to run a muck in the office.

Pros

You will learn what it takes to run a business from scratch. Great support from mentors, management, and the home office. Reps that do well get incredible compensation.

Cons

Unless you have a large market you won't survive. Being a rep takes a certain personality that not everyone has. Reps that do poorly get no compensation.

Pros

You get to work for yourself, which allows for great growth possibilities and high income upside. They have the best products in the industry and provide great training.

Cons

Very high personal expenses means if you struggle when you first start you have almost no chance of success. You get fined if you don't meet minimums.
