Pros

You get to work for yourself, which allows for great growth possibilities and high income upside. They have the best products in the industry and provide great training.

Cons

Very high personal expenses means if you struggle when you first start you have almost no chance of success. You get fined if you don't meet minimums.

Pros

-Work on commission basis -Great amount support from peers -if you plan on being in the insurance business for years to come this is the company to learn from.

Cons

-High pressure sales job little or no financial skills required. -Whole life insurance is the answer to every customers need. -Transformation from being a commission paid non employ/business owner to becoming a 24/7 full time employee...that still is not compensated. -Commission schedule is misleading. Expect to receive around a quarter or less your business submitted.

Pros

Lots of work with the potential of lots of money.

Cons

Lots of hard work. If you don't like to dial friends and family to ask them to meet this is not for you.
