Pros

Friendly people ... historic and beautiful campus and surrounding town ... significant responsibility in most roles due to smaller staff sizes.

Cons

Everyone seems to be on their way out or interested in finding their way out ... "it's always been done this way" mentality in a lot of staffers you encounter ... budget shortfall provides little room for financial growth regardless of achievement ... festivals/celebrations are great when they are going on but otherwise, there is very little activities around town on an average day.
