Understanding of your balance to work and study towards your master's degree.

Cons

Low pay, some G.A's can have any easy position that requires little work and others have a huge amount of duties for their assistantship

Great Personable environment that works around student's Class schedules. It is a great starter position for someone who needs a job. You work closely with professors in your department, so you can learn more about your field through them.

Cons

The technology available to students needs to be upgraded and software that students use needs to be more compatible with what they will use in the real job market.
