This company culture is extremely toxic. If you do one thing wrong, you have a target on your back and you won't last very long. Once that happens they will go out of their way to make you miserable. Not only is the environment toxic with gossip, favoritism and micromanaging, there is also gender discrimination to worry about. If you are a woman in this company you will not be treated fairly depending on the department you are hired into. Due to the fact that the majority of the company works on a WFH/Hybrid, this leads to another con (in my opinion) -attendance. Since the owners of the company work remotely, there is no reason for anyone to show up for work even though it was announced that all employees were to resume in-office work schedules. Only certain individuals resumed working in office and they were "checked in" on by management to be sure they were actually in the office. Other employees were not held to this standard, so in my opinion this is unfair treatment of those employees who actually followed the orders of upper management. This also leaves the bulk of the work to be handled by the employees that actually go into the office, since the employees "working remotely" cannot be reached.
