Depends on what you are after and which part of the company you are working in.
Pros
This company is ok to work at, nothing ideal! but ok! At first it may seem like a place that would be like your dream job, but gradually you will just realize that this is just another company and they are just fine!
Cons
Change of small policies way too often, broken coffee machines and the person who is responsible to take care of them within the company is really not easy to communicate. Training is not a big thing with them, so make sure you already know what you are doing when joining. Compensation may seem ok but then you will realize that you are working more than what you are getting paid. They are really trying to make you believe that they are being fair to you, but if you pay close attention you will see that it is mostly an act. At some point you will feel like that you are just a number, but not always! mostly when they need you to be just a number! Overall it depends on you if this company is a good place to ok or not. There is really nothing special about them and really nothing that negative to emphasize on!!
