Leadership cares about their teams - I am frequently reminded and encouraged to take time off (unlimited PTO) to recharge after difficult projects. Team members want to learn about each other - it's not just a job; we do things together outside the office. New product features and releases are constant - the pace is fast and it's exciting to see changes and progress happen so quickly across the organization.

Transparency: Notion is very transparent with their employees and treats everyone like adults, something that I find refreshing after being in the dark at past companies Perks: Company celebrations, in office lunch/snacks, spontaneous treats and activities, unlimited time off, the list goes on The people: It's amazing working with people with such great experience and background, you can tell the interview process is set up to only bring in the best people!
