- warm, high-touch interview experience - the people here are genuine and open - talent dense environment, learning a lot from those around me - trust is there from day one - excellent company benefits - company values are lived, not just on a notion doc (sorry, I had to)

Cons

- not really a con, but it is quite fast-paced here, that's not for everyone
