      Low lever HR is very supportive and involved in trying to make you fill good. Higher level HR don't realy care.

      Cons

      When it comes to deciding your future in the company they follow a quota of number of employees that should be fired each quarter.

      Managements are open minded & flexible, so your voice will be heard and lot of room to get your achievement. I can go home daily feeling I've accomplished something that's more important than money.

      Nova treats everyone with respect and kindness, and the company culture encourages meaningful interactions between colleagues. Nova has 5 core values (Dream, Dare, Listen, Innovate, Win). They invest in their employees and growth of the company. We push each other to work hard and perform well. Challenge the status quo! Nova has grown since I first joined in 2019. We have moved to a new building, expanded into a few more spaces, and outperformed expectations year over year.
