Pros
I'm learning a lot, I'm not restricted to do only algorithms, I can participate in other projects. Employees can be a part of committees to better the company. 401K, health insurance, bonus once a year, RSUs, events for celebration of holidays, or different cultures important celebrations. Environment is multi cultural. A lot of very smart people. Friendly atmosphere.
Cons
For me it's a long commute. Because of the commute, my work days become very long and I have little to no time to recharge on a daily basis, except for vacation time and weekends/holidays. Hire freeze due to economy, some people are overloaded with work.
