      1) Products are innovative and have good market world wide 2) Located in a nearby area to my home so commute time is short.

      Cons

      1) There are no options to develop within the organization, Mgrs. are always coming from outside. 2) No structured org. working process across the board 3) Above 20% annual attrition level in some of departments

      Great workplace culture. the bosses really care about the employees. There is something about how everything a happens due to procedures in place and also b/c people just care and notice what's happening. The environment encourages you to leave your comfort zone and excel.

      Cons

      There are a lot of perks and gifts but we are also expected to produce deliverables in return.
