It's still a numbers game and standards were constantly increasing. Also high turnover.

Was able to job-share position with another employee. working part-time. Professional office position. Loved co-workers.

Cons

One pay increase of .33 cents over the 5 years I worked for them. ultimately wasn't making enough money to cover day care for 2 kids so decided to stay home to raise them.

Cons

No work life balance. Not given any time for documentation or other tasks like compliance training, caseload management, mentorship, etc . Never get positive recognition, constantly hearing about all the different things you do wrong. It's exhausting. Promise room for growth but they keep dangling the carrot. Dramatically under pays compared to other companies
