Cons

Poor leadership and mentoring for new staff. Moving from one clinic to another to maintain your hours. Patient continuity is terrible.

A big company with a lot of room for growth.

Cons

It is challenging to perform at the best level because of mixed information coming from the senior management. Goals seem to change often and the expectation is for employees, even new, to find their own way which is impossible without a clear company goal. The expectation is always work first, family second.
