Casual work environment, easy to start,

Nepotism prevails. Tasks are limited to those suitable for automation, lacking in real security responsibilities like triaging. Hours capped at 30 per week unless granted a 4th shift. Pay falls below industry standards, while benefits do not match the cost. Limited to no value for resume building. Full in-office unless promoted. Unsupportive management and upper-level analysts.

The employees at the company are very nice, and always willing to pitch in. The office is right downtown and walkable to everything.

Cons

Ridiculous compensation plan, way below market rate! Also too much nepotism, and definitely some very major gender inequality with regards to pay and promotions.
