      Good Place to Work Great People to Work With

      Pros

      People are awesome and friendly! Always there to assist, but there are the one offs (the backstabbers, the Karen's) but they are few are far between. Mgmt is great! They do what they say and promise at least was my experience.

      Cons

      Outdated attendance policy - Tracking every minute and giving half points and whole points. We are adults things come up, Life happens, I don't see anyone giving a manager a point for being late.

      Pros

      Good experience for people looking into the healthcare field. This department is the first step of making your way into healthcare without any prior related experience.

      Cons

      In the ED setting, 12hr shifts, little to no incentive for nights/weekends. Treated poorly by other staff members.
