      You can be thrown into the fire sometimes and you'll have to figure things out on your own.

      good benefits work hours remote work coworkers gives back to the community

      Cons

      communication executive leadership not in tune with what is really going on short staffed in all departments work life balance do more with less IT leadership and IT as a whole is a mess

      Non flexible work schedule and change from exempt to non exempt. Made to sign contract for supervision after working for over a year.
