Pros
Pay, most lower level staff, but some toxic ones seem to be management favorites and seem to be untouchable.
Cons
Hiring freeze for extended amount of time reduces ability to advance. There are cultural issues with integrity that need addressing. Medical insurance could use some design improvements, smoother processing and less billing kinks. Renege on previously agreed upon work arrangements, lack of flexibility.
