      Pros

      I’ve worked for the company for several years and while my last position at a different location was toxic and full of micromanagers who didn’t respect their employees, my new position is great and my supervisors are very understanding and respectful

      Cons

      Last position was very toxic. Supervisor was very quick to make rude and passive aggressive comments. Treated like work robots. And the “no retaliation Policy” was crap because any concerns you took higher up were never solved and instead used against you. Again new position is great. But had a rough time at the last position.
