      My clinic had 1:1 patient care with no dovetailing or double booking at the time.

      Cons

      The documentation system was not efficient with PT needs.

      Pros

      Flexible schedules and the ablility to work overtime.

      Cons

      Pay is too low for the amount of responsibilities CNA are required to do. Patient to CNA ratios are high and their is a culture of favortism in units.
