Pros

The pay was average. Loved the patients and people I worked with. LOVED my job!

Cons

Management is manipulating! The employee handbook is NOT isn't written to include management, but when convenient for managers, they will use and quote it back to the average employee. Too many people employed in upper management, but not enough employed at the patient level. Not a very good work environment under some managers - others were GREAT. It's one extreme or the other.

Pros

Availablity to change within the company since it is very large without having to change a lot of my benefits.

Cons

Several managers seem more concerned with money and what looks good on paperwork and it is very clear that patients no longer come first.

Pros

Tuition reimbursement, transfer opportunities; Great team environment and communication on the unit where I worked. Unit was adequately stocked and medical supplies were always available.

Cons

Too much corporate influence. The company tries to incorporate corporate policies and ideas that don't necessarily cross over to the healthcare world. Management out of touch with staff nurses
