I had an extremely disappointing experience working for this company. The abrupt termination with minimal notice left me feeling undervalued. The lack of shadowing during the transition hindered my productivity. Complaints about the negative work environment were ignored, and the absence of bonuses or incentives made the job less rewarding. The rigid time-off policy, limiting only two people per day, made personal commitments nearly impossible. Additionally, the absence of overtime opportunities and the hostile work environment created a toxic atmosphere. Overall, not a company I would recommend.
