ABSOLUTELY GREAT BENEFITS; a lot of opportunity for overtime and incentive pay.

Cons

Because of the current market we’re typically shot staffed and overworked; and work load and work responsibility tend to increase.

Fantastic benefits Generally good compensation EPIC EMR is a leader in the field and makes job easier High quality physicians to work with, provide great care They have a sizeable marketshare

Cons

Not very focused on physician experience. Physicians are a commodity and not really respected by administration. Administration manages the physicians, as opposed to working together. Physician input on direction of organization limited to those physicians that have migrated to management level and are generally not providing direct patient care.
