      Pros

      Patient safety is priority. Very supportive and compassionate manager. Employee fitness center and a philosophy of work-life balance. Great benefits!

      Cons

      Hiring new staff takes a long time, but projects and workload don't decrease. Expected to manage several priorities and tasks and meet tight deadlines, so work-life balance is difficult to achieve. Jack Barto retired and new CEO.
