      Pros

      OKAY insurance aND benefits. Good amount of pto. A lot of overtime if you want it. Okay pay.

      Cons

      Managers gossip about all the employees, put more work on the good workers and let slackers get away with it, favoritism, managers hiring their friends, no compassion, picking on workers about small things.

      Pros

      Flexible, great atmosphere, great people.

      Cons

      Hit the glass ceiling a little too quickly. Upper management micromanages. Most Drs are very hard to work with and have no applicable skills toward technology especially when it comes to implementing EHR. The Winston area is too political.

      Start pay is ok but 10years from now. It won't be much different.

      Cons

      Horrible benefits. Terrible 401k. 25cent-50cent raises. No incentive. More of a job than career. Cut salaries. RNs CNA RT are treated awful. No raises. No room to advance financially. Negative work environment.
