      Good coworkers and supportive physicians

      Cons

      Always short staffed, never told the full information, never have appropriate supplies, unsafe working conditions and ratios, not allowed to even mention the word "union" without fear or termination, all interactions with clients must be scripted, frequent overtime and no breaks, downsizing of all clinical staff yet the ceo brags of his big bonuses every year in his blog and it was even written up in the local papers!

      Pros

      Great place to work! Friendly doctors and staff. Always a great place to go to work everyday. I would recommend Novant to anyone.

      Cons

      Sometimes that hours would not be what you'd like. Some weekends. Working in Behavioral Health there is always new things but overall a good experience.

      Pros

      I really enjoy working at Novant. It has been the best health care system to work at as a physician.

      Cons

      It is very difficult in this healthcare enconomy to not get burnt out. I wish the organization did more to address this.
