      Pros

      Novant Health is visible in every community in 4 states with many hospitals and thousands of medical clinics to imporve the health of the community one person at the time.

      Cons

      As with every employer, more upper managment visibility with employees would be much appreciated. Too many empty email communications are not the way to make us feel important.

      Pros

      Been here 15 years and wouldn't go anywhere else! And I have worked in other healthcare facilities... There's no comparison! The culture created over the years in this organization is phenomenal! People smile in the hallways and say hello to each other, there's a genuine feeling of team work for the common goal of providing the best care possible no matter what department you work for.

      Cons

      None! If there was any issue I feel wholeheartedly that the leadership would listen and actually take my concerns to heart.

      The benefits are ok. If you are tied in with the right people you can get ahead in the company.

      Cons

      They are always short on staff. They over work the good employees they have. Not a rewarding place to work .
