      There used to be several but no more

      Cons

      Used to be a great place to work until "transformation teams" took over and stripped employees of most of the benefits and perks. Uses excuse of impending Obamacare to account for overcharging patients for services and underpaying employees. Senior management collects millions of dollars in bonuses and perks while employees are being laid off. Hundreds of millions of dollars are spent on building brand new state of the art facilities that are only a few miles from the main hospital. Employees are treated like they are owned. No work/life balance and employees are expected to come in whenever called at a moment's notice.

      Pros

      Great Boss, good place to work. Active company. Cares about the patients and staff. also cares about making sure they are here in the future. I was laid off in one of the lay off rounds, but only one of many. Could have been worse. They took good care of me after the lay off. I would work with them again.

      Cons

      They are afraid to lay off or fire some staff that need to be gone.
