Senior management collects millions of dollars in bonuses and perks while employees are being laid off. Hundreds of millions of dollars are spent on building brand new state of the art facilities that are only a few miles from the main hospital. Employees are treated like they are owned. No work/life balance and employees are expected to come in whenever called at a moment's notice.
