      Salary OK but every thing else needs major improvements, more about the bottom line not patient health or employee edu.

      OK salary, decent hours, OK medical benefits.

      Cons

      They don't always hire qualified support staff (no prior medical training). Outdated equipment, no annual or bi-annual training to keep up with current medical practices. OK medical but, bad dental and vision benefits.

      Pros

      Pretty much everyone is friendly, pay is decent for the job. There are pay increase increments for working night/weekend shifts.

      Cons

      It's hard to get breaks, and it's a big environment, so getting used to it can be difficult when all of your fellow employees are busy and can't always walk you through certain things.
