      OK job to get experience, not a future

      Pros

      Mission Vision and Value statements all look good on paper.

      Cons

      Upper management has been in place for a long time, resistant to change and keeping up with latest technologies The pep rallies by senior management to employees get old. Benefits are very tough, high deductibles, loss of PTO time, now loss of jobs in NC market. Senior management talk the talk, they need to walk the walk. Little to no value for employee feedback and input. Many people in leadership roles who do not have the experience to do the job, it is who you know not what you know.

      Pros

      Excellent Benefits, large company, good pay, very good training. Upper Management were good to work with and listened to employ input.

      Cons

      12 hour shifts were too physically demanding and some of the policies maybe should have been amended. Job Security is questionable in some cases.
