      Pros

      Staff and most leaders are caring, compassionate individuals who I was proud to work side by side with. Good benefits, for this industry Excellent providers Beautiful facilities

      Cons

      Cleaning house due to business decisions that don't make sense. How can you run facilities, (acute care or physician practices) without operational leaders? Recent lay offs have hurt the organization beyond repair. Everyone is looking to leave, either out of fear or out of loyalty to those whose positions were eliminated.

      Disappointed in wages and benefits. Also disappointed with management of the company and the lack of opprtunities in growing employees to leadership and development.

      NO room for growth NO training or developing opportunities for employees to aquire or maintain skills NO work life balance, during month end long hours and no time off is ever approved
