1 - Strong Cultural Identity - promotes a culture “The Novanta Way,” which emphasizes cohesive teams, continuous improvement through the Novanta Growth System (NGS), and alignment with shared values. 2 - Effective Managers: In the recent survey, 84% of employees recommend their manager to others. 3 - Strong programs and support for DEI,, which they call Inclusion and Belonging, led by an internal Culture Counsel 4 - Growth focusses. 2025'Make or Break' priorities are clear can communicated often.

Good place to grow a career, but they are still developing career paths and development programs to support wider groups of employees in a structured way

Pros

Nice modern offices, Benefits rather below average, but it might not be anything

Cons

Changing, improving, and enforcing anything is very challenging, with overgrown bureaucracy and lengthy processes, and other teams that just throw sticks under your feet. There are processes, but they actually aren't, so you are lost and don´t know, what is correct, and everything is ruled by Excel. The company doesn't fulfill its promises and overall I would rather avoid it.
