Brilliant People Very Diverse Willingness to remote work but only after COVID proved it 401k Very financially stable

Cons

THE MOST POLITICAL Company that I have seen! The HR function is hypocritical and doesn’t support Looks down critically on those who don’t get involved in their various non-business activities but certainly promotes those who do Misaligned on expectations. Some functions hold people accountable but most do not Too much focus on pleasing the younger generation who whine and complain but NO respect for those who create actual value

Larger organization appears financially stable

Cons

Currently, in the process of being integrated into the parent company. Observation so far is actions are much different than messaging on policies and culture. I can see COVID19 causes confusion, but absent of that I see real concerns. Expectation is to be working/online 14 hrs per day.

Good compensation and benefits, at least for now. Global company, some level of travel depending on position in the company.

Cons

Very mediocre company with equally mediocre employees. Don't expect any mental stimulation or to be challenged. Extremely political! A lot of unqualified outsourcing.
