      Pros

      iWas (being the key word here) a great company to work for. Was great work/life balance, culture of nice people and had a truly unique brand promise of sustainability - something you could be proud of.

      Cons

      This is all changing. Would no longer recommend it as a place to work. Willing to cut the little people and get rid of what makes the company unique in order to appease fiscally conservative holding company. Have no clue how this will all play out but do not feel optimistic...

      Pros

      Laid-back environment, good people in general, entering new areas of manufacture with exciting possibilities

      Cons

      Top-down management approach, highly bureaucratic. Large turnover from old to new generation which has created knowledge gaps. Really hit the retirees hard with taking of health benefits, the impacts of which will be felt by the younger workers trying to learn (they won't be able to because of a fear based "look out for #1" culture created)
