this refers to the division in the UK Incompetent leadership, totally fake cultural beliefs, mid-senior leaders only thinking about themselves and their own goals; recently promoted director has a very large ego, and he talks down to anyone "beneath" him; they are treating women as secretaries even though they claim to be diverse.... micromanagement, bureaucracy, and they lie to you all the time

My role let's me be connected to many different departments and higher-ups across Europe and America. Fast paced

Cons

There is no training or induction package that works for new employees. A lot of senior management are unqualified or incompetent and rely on their subordinates to keep the facility afloat. No meaningful worldwide or regional standards enforced. Understaffed. Some managers will literally scream at employees if they deem they've done something wrong. Safety is rarely prioritised over production.
