Novelis pay a market rate salary

Cons

Management team of middle aged white men who do not move. Very little opportunity for progression. Poor real recognition and HR management - employees are expected to take on significant additional responsibilities without adjustments to job titles / salaries / job band levels. This means low morale and long hours. Cramped open plan offices with outdated and dirty furniture. No benefits to inspire company loyalty (low incentive plan below senior management level; no share save schemes; no professional education funding etc). The general attitude towards employees is to get as much out of them as possible without any investment.
