Cleaner than most manufacturing Plants. Safety is important. Smaller facility so some autonomy with employees.

Cons

24/7 plant. Never stops which means always too much to do. Unionized. So, management vs Union. US run. Indian owned. Poor pay/benefits for Canadians considering its a 24/7 plant an a corporation. Some old school employees, legacy workers & kin there. Head office in Atlanta isn’t very attuned to or about Canadian plant.
