Pros

Great technology, physicians are fascinated. Makes for great conversations. Base is ok but bonus structure is a pod. Territories are too small in many cases for such a narrow approved indication.

Cons

Unstable future for employees. Over 1/2 of the territories are operating at a negative growth pattern. Sales force expanded too quickly.

Pros

Nice people at the non-Sr management level. Benefits, time off is good (but work/life balance is not). Pay was average-slightly above average.

Cons

Training is not very good. Leadership is good, but Sr. leadership is very poor. They spend a lot of money on salespeople, partying, hotels and travel, but not on taking care of lower level employees.
