Pros

The only pros is the patients we treat and the few honest hard working people. Benefits are decent.

Cons

Operations management are a joke! HIGH turnover!!! Very toxic environment with management targeting employees they don't like and nit picking their every move. They are continually back biting each other as well as their employees. They play favorites with their laziest employees and burn out the hardest working one until they quit. HIGHLY micro-managed! Don't bother speaking up they retaliate like petty children. Retaliation policy is BS! They expect everyone on the team to be positive while they sit in their meetings and talk bad about people they don't like. Team events and swag won't keep people happy if the environment will continue to be run by micromanaging narrassists. Supervisor leaves work early a lot when the team is short staff, creating resentment amungst her employees while they struggle to get oders out the door. Supervisor telling employees to tattle on other employees creates toxicity! Saying negative things to your employees about another employee is toxic! A supervisor who is constantly negative but yells at her employees for having negative feelings is toxic! Management saying horrible thing to the team about previous employees is toxic!! Management lying is toxic! The supervisor always blames everyone else and never takes responsibility for anything, toxic. Toxic behaviors from those at the top has created a horrible working environment for the average Joe. Moving up is a joke.. They dangle the carrot for year's.. make excuses why you will never be good enough even though you see your management team doing the same things. Save yourself and apply else where.

Pros

Sometimes a Flexible Schedule Helping People

Cons

Overworked! VERY underpaid for the work that the DSS role does. Promises of career advancement that never happens. Now they are hiring new graduates for this position when there are numerous staff with many years of experience that make similar pay. Very low raises.

Pros

Good benefits such as stock options, 401k, health ins, dental, occasional gifts (company swag), and monetary incentives to purse fitness. The mission is good and I believe in the company and what they provide.

Cons

If you work at the bottom, entry level positions, anything below executive level, be prepared to be cramped up with loads of work that you can't even keep up but cannot complain. They don't help people advance in the career path that the person chooses. They load with so much work you can't even blink. Supervisors don't care about you, just gotta meet the quota at all costs. There's definitely favoritisms too. Every 6 months they change things and you gotta learn new things, new systems, but you don't get financially rewarded for that. The pay raise is so small, between 2 and 3 % a year. Supervisors seem to play favorites. If you are shy and quiet, forget about getting promoted or growing. It only seems like the people who are well spoken and driven to climb up the latter and going the super extra mile will get some reward. But even those, I've seen being stuck at "... specialist level 1" like forever. Not flexible with schedule, work load, vacation time etc. Eventually we all get trained to do each others jobs but still cannot take long vacations even if you have the vacation days in the system. You can accumulate 4 weeks of vacation but cannot take it all at once. :( It doesn't make any sense.
