Pros

People are very passionate about the mission of the company and believe strongly in the therapy. Even with the fast pace, there is a lot of collaboration between departments and a feeling that we are all working towards a common goal. Leaders support and encourage the development of their team and are interested in their well being. Very conscious reaction on Covid, measures were evidently thought prioritizing employees' health.
