      Hands-on experience but uncertain future and pay issues

      Pros

      Hiring is limited hence you get hands-on experience in many departments. They expect you to volunteer and encourage you to build and develop once you have mastered skills. Work culture is very good. Food services and other utilities are very good. Learning is average in lab section considering it is an application lab and you donot find many application labs in India.

      Cons

      Conversion / Absorption is not guaranteed. They prefer people with experience usually as an employee. All 5 interns in my department were let go off even though there were 2 vacancies in the same department. Pay hike depends on your manager. While my stipend was stagnant. My friend got a 40% hike as an intern. You cant fight this situation sadly.
