Pros

High pay. Better work-life balance than most engineering companies. Go here if you want to auto pilot to retirement within 4 years.

Cons

Few opportunities for career advancement. High stress work environment. Well-intentioned but out of touch leadership makes questionable and unrealistic strategic decisions.

Pros

Good benefits, pay, stock options, workspace and overall atmosphere - wonderful work like balance. Some risk involved with the company's future but also tremendous opportunities. A chance to change to world...

Cons

Every job has people, work and other issues, but realistically, these are the lowest I have ever seen in comparison to the Pros. There is a push to get things completed and some technical disagreements but overall, this is a great place to work. Major concern is getting the plans to the NRC and getting them approved, plus additional funding for completing the work. Some concern over the future and what will happen, a kind of startup company.
