Location is nice, I like Andover and the easy highway access.
Cons
The positive reviews on here are obviously contrived and fake -- they are clearly written with the same motive, which is to try to make the company seem like something it's not. Nobody uses the word "astonishing" to describe their work unless they're a magician by trade. Being at work here is depressing. There is no office culture and no incentive to keep employees on. I highly recommend you look elsewhere for a job. Sure the commute may be nice, but there is no room for growth or career development here. There are no performance goals. No structure and no vision for the company. Instead the leaders of the company choose to fix problems by making rash hiring choices that don't make sense. Really a pity. A true pity.
