      Poor structuring from management to CEO.

      Health benefits, PTO, loans and other credit union perks!

      Cons

      Management, management and management!!! Employees can only succeed if they stay quiet and do not question their flawed processes. It got tiring to see the less deserved get rewarded for no good reason - favortism at it's best.
