      There are some truly talented individuals working at this company.

      The Board and Executive Management forgot the spirit of why credit unions exist (to help members and the communities they serve). Instead, leadership decided corporate growth is #1. Since they aren't able to successfully grow organically, their primary focus is on growing through mergers. This leaves many areas of the organization in constant turmoil and overburdens a core group of individuals.
