The Member Relationship Consultant division is understaffed and over-worked. The Dept is a revolving door. Only a few unfortunate individuals have remained. Management is terrible- Proof it only takes two clowns to run a circus. Management actions show they care about their pockets and really don’t value their customers or employees. As a manager, I would encourage more transparency when applying payment protection plans with online customer loans. Also, Current Management would rather keep their budget for total employees low and overwork their staff instead of hiring more staff; One position shouldn’t be doing the work of three different positions. The employee and customer are negatively affected.

I can't think of any - many employees have been here over 15 years
