Cons

Not many patients to serve in my area. Many patients refused to have visits due to covid19.

Management creates hostile work environment

Cons

Management is unprofessional, and regularly creates hostile work environments. They refuse to take any formal complaints, and protect the problem & discriminate or harass anyone they dislike. The rumors of nepotism are all true. They pushed out any employees with morals. They are billing the DOL for nurses to provide cleaning services but charging for home nursing.
