Pros

I cannot think of anything positive

Cons

I was told that I have to wait for my salary paycheck because the company is waiting to be paid by their insurance carriers. I have not been paid for my services from Oct 2018 - Jan 2019. Also if you love to be micro-managed and belittled, this is the place for you!

Thank you for submitting a review. Our people, our employees, are deeply valued and are essential to our mission of giving back to former atomic workers. We strive to ensure positive experiences for both patients and staff through our culture of compassion, integrity, and connection. We believe in empowering our team members to challenge the status quo and drive change throughout the organization. Our team members enjoy a high level of autonomy in their work, getting to use their healthcare judgement and expertise to care for the whole patient. Additionally, our payroll team works tirelessly to ensure our employees are always compensated for their work on time and are available M-F 8am-5pm to discuss any concerns. Again, thank you for submitting your feedback. As we grow to continue to meet the needs of former atomic workers, we work dilligently to understand the needs of our employees as well, ensuring a satisfying and rewarding experience for all.

It’s Ok

Pros

No Medicare charting. Nice enough management and co-workers. Can make your own hours, to a degree. Pay is ok, not great.

Cons

Training is very minimal. Charting is extremely repetitive. Case managers are overworked and scatter brained. The left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing. Constantly texting, calling, emailing you to work and wanting to change your hours/days/patients. You agree to work a particular day or hours with a patient, only to have a case manager call you again to say, ‘can you work tomorrow with Mr A?’ Ummm.....you JUST asked me to work with Mr Z tomorrow...what do you want me to do?’ Seemingly oblivious or just plain forgetful of recent conversations/texts/emails. Seriously want you to work 7 days a week. Don’t seem to care that you have a life outside of work. You must set limits right away or they’ll abuse you.
