I joined NucleusTeq during August 2020 and I am happy to work over here. It is a fast growing company and the team specially Ashish and Ankita are a delight to work with, extremely helpful and professional. It has always been in my experience generally a caring and nurturing culture where everybody is encouraged to be their best self, and take on autonomy in their role. Family feel - sounds cliche but it's so true, family means everything to Ashish, our CEO, and he would do anything for any one of the team, as would we all. Ashish (CEO) and the Leadership team are incredibly transparent about all aspects of the business, from financials to recruitment to growth strategies - an honesty that is refreshing and highly valued.
