The company updates are shared with all employees regularly as part of the all-hands town-hall. While we do have plans to expand to other global locations (including Bangalore), none of our employment offers would have promises of relocation.
As much as we would like to stop mis-information, we are equally committed to open dialogue and transparent communication. employees are encouraged to reach out to the leadership without any barriers.
Our Attrition is only 3-4% as compared to 30+% in the industry. Most of the 3-4% is attributed to our internal performance related optimizations. This speaks volumes about our employee welfare and commitment to their growth.
